Choose the Best Credit Card

Choosing a credit card can be a very confusing business. There are many to choose from. For most people, it is a question of not whether to have a credit card, but what sort of credit card should i have?

If you are one of those people who pays off the balance every month, you probably won't be concerned with how much interest the card charges.

Do you usually pay off your balance but occasionally run up a large bill on your card at various times in the year. If you do then be aware of the interest you are being charged. Also, examine how long the interst free period is.

If you have run up a large debt on a card, there are are two things you can do:-

Transfer the debt to a credit card which has a low interest rate for the lifetime of the balance.

Go for zero rate promotions and transfer again when they come to an end.

Which of the above you choose will be up to you.

Be aware that constantly transferring your balance between credit cards can affect your credit rating.
